Secondly, all the staff are very professional and skilled. Thirdly, all the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. All three qualities in one place is very rare and stands out with excellence. "My name is Mary Beth Caruso and my 1:00 appt. was today Wed.3/26/25 in the Northbrook Joint Relief Office. From the minute I entered the office, I was greeted with friendly, professional staff members who made you feel very welcomed!! As the appt. progressed and I was finished completing my paper work, I was greeted and brought back to the room to be evaluated, x-rayed and treated!! The entire experience went very well and I made two more appts. to complete the 3 week process!! I could not be more pleased that I signe up and became a very satisfied patient of Joint Relief Institute!! I am so looking forward to the ending result of being pain free in my left knee. "I have made two visits to the JRI, both to receive an Euflexxa (hyaluronate) injection in one shoulder. The entire experience has been excellent, from the super service rendered by the polite and caring staff, including the receptionist and medical assistants, to the completely painless injections performed by Dr. N. Manolitsis, one of the staff physiatrists. I am a senior who has seen my share of hospitals, clinics, and physicians, and, IMHO, this is a top-tier medical operation, which I am pleased to give my highest recommendation."
