Miriam was great! She held my hand so to speak through it all! Thank you team. "Coming from Elgin to the Northbrook location is a 45 minute trip, but the drive is well worth it. Greeted each time by Sandy the Receptionist with her smile and hello, certainly is a sign of a sincere welcome. The Office Manager, Makela, also provides that warm welcoming to their Joint Relief Institute office as well. This office is exceptionally clean, orderly and friendly. The rest of the staff are all friendly and caring as well. As for the treatment shots, the staff makes them as painless as possible, which means it's less painful than a mosquito bite! (As an added note, if I had an office where I needed a Receptionist and an Office Manager, I guarantee that I would offer these two young ladies an offer that they might find hard to refuse to come to work for me.) "I have a bad knee that I'll probably have to replaced in the future. In the meantime, I have been going to Joint Relief Institute for a series of gel shots. While I originally went to an orthopedic doctor for shots, the hit or miss method they used was very ineffective. Joint Relief Institute uses a live interactive xRay machine to guide the needle to the precise point and I've found this method works much better than any thing else. I much more comfortable now thanks to Doctor E. Arriola and his assistant Miriam."
